Adult Alternative Home Care offers NJ Board of Nursing approved CHHA training in Elizabeth, NJ. The HHA training classes begin on a rolling basis and include 60 hours of classroom instruction, followed by 16 hours of hands-on clinical training in a patient care setting. Each session is a total of 76 hours.

Once you obtain your home health aide certification, you’ll be able to work anywhere in New Jersey! Additionally, we assist you with job placement in our ever-expanding network of clients!

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Remember to register as early as possible to guarantee your spot!

In less than a month, you'll learn:

  • How to provide compassionate, individualized care to your clients.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • How to lift and move clients safely while providing essential personal care.
