Adult Alternative Home Care now offers in-person training so you can become a professional caregiver!

Adult Alternative Home Care offers NJ Board of Nursing approved CHHA training in Elizabeth, NJ. The HHA training classes begin on a rolling basis and include 60 hours of classroom instruction, followed by 16 hours of hands-on clinical training in a patient care setting. Each session is a total of 76 hours.

Once you obtain your home health aide certification, you’ll be able to work anywhere in New Jersey! Additionally, we assist you with job placement in our ever-expanding network of clients!

Payment plans are available. If you need a custom payment plan, call our admissions office at 888-664-1769.

Upon registration, your deposit reserves a seat with us for the next available class.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Remember to register as early as possible to guarantee your spot!

IN LESS THAN A MONTH, YOU’LL LEARN:

● How to provide compassionate, individualized care to your clients.
● Effective communication skills.
● How to lift and move clients safely while providing essential personal care.
● How to assess your client’s needs and document them appropriately.
● Infection prevention protocol, including how to use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

After completing nursing school in 2009, she worked as a Registered Nurse with the elderly in nursing homes, hospitals and in their homes. She went on to complete advance nurse training with a focus in Geriatrics. As she gained more clinical experience, she was encouraged to pursue her dreams of establishing a home care organization that will provide excellent services to members of her community. With over ten years clinical knowledge, she has perfected the skills to establish rapport and support of the frail and elderly we serve. She loves what she does and will love to help you or your loved ones get the care and support they need.
